Insured Patients
At Alliance Ob/Gyn we accept most insurance plans and take care of the paperwork for you. But please be aware that almost all insurance plans require proof of insurance when you come in for your appointment.
So be sure to bring your current insurance card with you as well as your driver’s license or other form of valid ID. Bringing this with you is important because even if you have active insurance, your insurance company can reject your claim unless we can prove your insurance is active at the time of care.
And please remember, if you do not have a current insurance card you are responsible for the charges in full at the time of service. So we encourage you to read the information for uninsured patients provided below.

Uninsured patients
Since our inception in 1999 we have been offering discounted private/self pay rates to our uninsured patients. These rates are comparable to what we are reimbursed by commercial insurance payers with whom we participate.
In order to keep patient costs low, we take on the administrative task of the laboratory billing the practice and pass substantial savings on to our patients.
Additionally, our physicians perform their own in office ultrasounds, colposcopies and sono-hysterosalpingograms so patients can avoid high cost outpatient settings.
Although impossible to give exact pricing over the phone, please see examples below:
An annual well woman exam including a basic liquid based pap is $250.
A typical gynecological problem office visit with vaginal ultrasound is usually around $350. (Pricing varies with complexity, lab testing required, etc.)
